IF THEY DO NOT USE THE FACILITY EIGHT OR MORE TIMES A MONTH, THE COMPANY DOES NOT REIMBURSE CLUB MEMBERSHIP FOR THAT MONTH. COST IS APPROXIMATELY $59/MO.
