Activities or mission (Part I)

We are a non-profit Christian child development center. We provide both full-time childcare services as well as part-day preschool for children ages 1 year to 6 years. After being idle due to COVID 19 and a major renovation, we reopened in 2022 and are operating again, providing full time and part time jobs for 20 people. Plans are to begin paying utilities and building usage again to our host church.

  • While the school was idle due to COVID 19 and a major renovation in 2021, we only had 2 employees. Now we are operating again and we employ a staff of 20 people, most are working full-time.

    Expenses $351,498

  • We had facility and security upgrades to better serve our students, their families, and our staff. These upgrades included: furnishing classrooms and the kitchen; purchasing curriculum and curriculum supplies; hiring new staff and providing their training and background checks.

    Expenses $69,951

  • Countryside Child Development Center provided full-time childcare and part-day preschool for 65 students; our recently renovated space ensures the students have a safe, secure environment to learn and develop. Our program provides breakfast, lunch, and snacks each weekday. All meals meet the guidelines outlined by CACFP. The hours of operation are Monday through Friday 7am to 5:30pm.

    Expenses $23,513

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. A Schedule J breakdown is as filed: base pay, bonus, other, deferred compensation and nontaxable benefits from this organization, with any from related organizations beside each, and the filer's own total. It is shown with the Part VII listing of the same name on the same return. The form gives no key between the two, so that pairing is ours, and is marked matched by us.
