THE CHILD AND PARENTAL RIGHTS CAMPAIGN IS A NONPROFIT PUBLIC INTEREST LAW FIRM THAT WORKS TO PROTECT CHILDREN'S HEALTH, DEFEND PARENTAL RIGHTS, AND SECURE WOMEN'S PRIVACY, SAFETY, AND EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES AGAINST HARMS CAUSED BY ADHERENCE TO TRANSGENDER IDEOLOGY.
-
LITIGATION - THE CHILD AND PARENTAL RIGHTS CAMPAIGN IS A NONPROFIT PUBLIC INTEREST LAW FIRM THAT WORKS TO PROTECT CHILDREN'S HEALTH, DEFEND PARENTAL RIGHTS, AND SECURE WOMEN'S PRIVACY, SAFETY, AND EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES AGAINST HARMS CAUSED BY ADHERENCE TO TRANSGENDER IDEOLOGY. ACCORDINGLY, WE REPRESENT PERSONS WHOSE CHILDREN, FAMILIES, EMPLOYMENT OR FREEDOMS HAVE BEEN THREATENED BY THE ENCROACHMENT OF THIS MILITANT IDEOLOGY UPON THEIR FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS. THROUGH CAREFUL CASE SELECTION, METICULOUS RESEARCH AND ZEALOUS CLIENT ADVOCACY, THE LITIGATION PROGRAM AFFECTS LEGAL CHANGE AT A NATIONAL LEVEL THROUGH ALL LEVELS OF THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM. THROUGH THIS WORK WOMEN'S RIGHTS HAVE BEEN SOLIDIFIED, GIRLS' SPACES PROTECTED AND PARENTAL RIGHTS REINFORCED.
Expenses $647,403 · Revenue $42,192
-
ADVOCACY - CPRC WORKS WITH STATE OFFICIALS AND OTHER NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS TO HELP CRAFT POLICY AND LEGISLATION THAT DEFENDS PARENTAL RIGHTS AND PROTECTS MINORS AGAINST HARMFUL SEX-REJECTING PROCEDURES (EUPHEMISTICALLY REFERRED TO AS "GENDER AFFIRMING CARE"). CPRC ALSO WORKS WITH STATE ATTORNEY GENERALS' OFFICES TO DEFEND IN COURT THEIR STATE LAWS PROTECTING MINORS AGAINST THE HARMS OF SEX-REJECTING TREATMENTS.
Expenses $29,624
-
EDUCATION - SOLIDIFYING FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS REQUIRES MORE THAN JUST COURT VICTORIES. TO THAT END, CPRC ENGAGES IN A ROBUST PUBLIC EDUCATION CAMPAIGN INVOLVING THE WEB, SOCIAL MEDIA, TRADITIONAL MEDIA, EMAIL AND PRINT WITH THE GOAL OF PROVIDING ESSENTIAL EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION AND MATERIALS FOR THE CITIZENS OF THE UNITED STATES AND BEYOND. A KEYSTONE ACCOMPLISHMENT OF THIS MISSION HAS BEEN THE DEVELOPMENT AND DISSEMINATION OF THE CHURCH TRANSGENDER RESPONSE GUIDE WHICH PROVIDES ACCURATE AND TIMELY INFORMATION TO THE FAITH COMMUNITY IN ASSISTANCE OF THEIR PRESSING NEED TO PROTECT FAMILIES AND RESPOND TO THE TRANSGENDER PHENOMENA WITH A VOICE OF CLARITY, COMPASSION AND TRUTH.

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those.
