Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. A Schedule J breakdown is as filed: base pay, bonus, other, deferred compensation and nontaxable benefits from this organization, with any from related organizations beside each, and the filer's own total. It is shown with the Part VII listing of the same name on the same return. The form gives no key between the two, so that pairing is ours, and is marked matched by us.

The filer's explanations (Part III)
- PART I, LINE 1:
- FIRST-CLASS TRAVEL THE ORGANIZATION ALLOWS THE CEO TO UTILIZE FIRST-CLASS TRAVEL ON COMMERCIAL AIRLINES AT THEIR DISCRETION FOR SOME TRIPS. SUCH TRAVEL IS INFREQUENT AND USED FOR TRIPS OF LONGER DURATION OR NECESSARY TO ARRIVE FOR A SCHEDULED MEETING.
- PART I, LINE 7:
- NONFIXED PAYMENTS UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE PRESIDENT AND CEO'S CONTRACT, IN ADDITION TO BASE SALARY AN ANNUAL PERFORMANCE-BASED BONUS MAY BE PAID. THE CONTRACT PROVIDES THAT THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS WILL DETERMINE THE AMOUNT OF THE ANNUAL BONUS AFTER THE END OF EACH FISCAL YEAR DURING THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT, BASED ON THE BOARD'S EVALUATION OF THE PRESIDENT AND CEO'S PERFORMANCE. UNLIKE THE BASE SALARY, THE BONUS PORTION OF THE PRESIDENT AND CEO'S COMPENSATION IS NOT A FIXED PAYMENT BECAUSE THE BOARD HAS DISCRETION OVER THE AMOUNT, IF ANY, OF THE BONUS. THE BONUSES FOR OTHER EXECUTIVES ARE DETERMINED VIA THE STANDARD PLAN FOR ALL EMPLOYEES OTHER THAN THE CEO. THE FORMULA IS BASED UPON OVERALL PERFORMANCE OF CAF AND CERTAIN ACHIEVEMENTS IN REVENUE, EXPENSE MANAGEMENT, AND INDIVIDUAL PERFORMANCE REVIEW. THE PLAN WAS DISCONTINUED EFFECTIVE MAY 1, 2024.
Part I's answers as filed. A line not listed was left unanswered; on lines 1a and 3 that means the box was not checked.
