During the majority of the fiscal year, Michael Salem MD, Gregory Downey MD, Christine Forkner, and Stephen Frankel MD were participants in a supplemental nonqualified retirement plan. At the end of the fiscal period, the participants converted the plan policies into a loan regime split dollar agreement with National Jewish Health.
