Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. A Schedule J breakdown is as filed: base pay, bonus, other, deferred compensation and nontaxable benefits from this organization, with any from related organizations beside each, and the filer's own total. It is shown with the Part VII listing of the same name on the same return. The form gives no key between the two, so that pairing is ours, and is marked matched by us.

The filer's explanations (Part III)

PART I, LINES 4A-B
THE OFFICERS ARE ENTITLED TO A SEVERANCE BENEFIT FROM A RELATED ORGANIZATION. THE PAYOUT OF SUCH BENEFIT IS REMOTE AS IT IS EFFECTIVE ONLY FOR A TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT WITHOUT CAUSE, FOR GOOD REASON, OR DUE TO CHANGE OF CONTROL. IF TRIGGERED, THE EXECUTIVE WOULD BE PAID HIS/HER BASE SALARY FOR A PERIOD OF 6 MONTHS NOT TO INCLUDE ANY INCENTIVE COMPENSATION, OR ANY OTHER PAID BENEFITS OUTSIDE OF COBRA. THE FOLLOWING OFFICER RECEIVED A PAYMENT UNDER THE PLAN IN THE CURRENT YEAR: ROBERT L. BUSH THE OFFICERS PARTICIPATE IN A RELATED ORGANIZATION'S SUPPLEMENTAL RETIREMENT PLAN WHICH MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS OF IRC SECTION 457 AND IRC SECTION 409A. THE PLAN PROVIDES FOR COMPENSATION TO BE DEFERRED AND PAID UPON THE OCCURRENCE OF CERTAIN EVENTS SUCH AS TERMINATION, DISABILITY, OR DEATH. PARTICIPATION IN THE PLAN IS LIMITED TO AND IS SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE RELATED ORGANIZATION'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS. THE PLAN ALLOWS THE OFFICERS BOTH ELECTIVE AND NON-ELECTIVE DEFERRALS. THE RELATED ORGANIZATION MAKES ANNUAL NON-ELECTIVE CONTRIBUTIONS BETWEEN 5% AND 10% OF BASE SALARY DEPENDING ON THE EXECUTIVE'S LEVEL OF POSITION.
