Activities or mission (Part I)
TO EMPOWER AND SUPPORT WORKERS IN THEIR EFFORT TO PROMOTE JUSTICE, EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ABOUT THE VALUE OF UNIONS AND IMPROVE THE ECONOMIC SECURITY OF WORKING FAMILIES AND COMMUNITIES THROUGHOUT THE COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS.

THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES EDUCATION AND TRAINING TO UNION MEMBERS AND FUNDRAISES MONEY FOR SCHOLARSHIPS TO STUDENTS TO HELP BOTH BUILD THEIR KNOWLEDGE OF UNIONS AND PUT THEM THROUGH COLLEGE.
