THE COVID PANDEMIC HAS PUT A PAUSE ON ALL OF THESE ACTIVITIES THE LAST 18 MONTHS. THE CLINIC HAS PIVOTED TO PROVIDE COVID OUTREACH IN THE FORM OF ANTIGEN, PCR AND ANTIBODY TESTING FOR THE COMMUNITY, SUPPORTING LEARNING HUBS AT THE COMMUNITY CENTER FOR NEIGHBORHOOD CHILDREN WITHOUT ACCESS TO THE INTERNET AT HONE WHEN MANY SCHOOLS HAD TURNED TO DISTANCE LEARNING, FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR NEEDY FAMILIES WITH HOUSING AND MEDICAL ISSUES DURING THE PANDEMIC, AND SPONSORING FOUR COVID VACCINE POP UP EVENTS TO INCREASE VACCINATIONS IN THE COMMUNITY.

THE 5K GALLOP WAS AN INAUGURAL CHARITY EVENT TO RAISE MONEY FOR SCHOOLS IN JAMAICA THAT WERE NEGATIVELY AFFECTED DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC WITH LOSS OF IN PERSON LEARNING AND VITAL RESOURCES NECESSARY FOR EDUCATIONAL SUCCESS. THE SCHOOLS IN THE RURAL AREAS WERE SIGNIFICANTLY AFFECTED DURING THE PANDEMIC. SOUTH FLORIDA HAS A LARGE NUMBER OF JAMAICANS WHO ARE PART OF THE DIASPORA AND ATTENDED MANY OF THE SCHOOLS THAT WERE AFFECTED ON THE ISLAND. THIS WAS AN OPPORTUNITY TO ENGAGE ALUMS TO SUPPORT SCHOOLS THROUGH REGISTRATIONS FOR THE CHARITY EVENT AND/OR TARGETED DONATIONS. THE 5K GALLOP PARTNERED WITH THE AMERICAN FRIENDS OF JAMAICA (AFJ) AND THE SISTERS OF MERCY, BOTH 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATIONS, TO DISTRIBUTE FUNDS TO THE BENEFICIARY SCHOOLS IN JAMAICA.

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. A Schedule J breakdown is as filed: base pay, bonus, other, deferred compensation and nontaxable benefits from this organization, with any from related organizations beside each, and the filer's own total. It is shown with the Part VII listing of the same name on the same return. The form gives no key between the two, so that pairing is ours, and is marked matched by us.
