Part I, Line 1a
The Society provides the Executive Director a membership to a dining club due to the social and fundraising aspects of his position. The cost of this benefit is reasonable, customary, and necessary. The Society paid a total of $4,563 of membership fees during the current fiscal year. This amount was not treated as taxable compensation.
Part I, Line 7
The Music Director's other reportable compensation is comprised of conducting fees for each concert he performed in the season and a travel allowance.
