YORKTOWN FOUNDATION FOR FREEDOM (THE FOUNDATION) PROMOTES KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION, AND RESEARCH INTO THE PRINCIPLES UNDERPINNING WESTERN LIBERAL DEMOCRACY WITH A FOCUS ON DEMOCRATIC STATECRAFT, FREE MARKETS, INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS, AND NATIONAL SECURITY.

Activities or mission (Part I)

THE FOUNDATION RESEARCHES AND PROMOTES THE PRINCIPLES UNDERPINNING WESTERN LIBERAL DEMOCRACY.

  • THE FOUNDATION SPONSORS RESEARCH AND STUDIES THAT SUPPORT DEMOCRACY, CONSERVATIVE VALUES, CIVIL RIGHTS, AND INTERNATIONAL SECURITY, PROSPERITY, AND COOPERATION. THE FOUNDATION FUNDED MULTIPLE RESEARCH PAPERS ON A WIDE RANGE OF TOPICS, INCLUDING ECONOMIC FREEDOM, DEMOCRATIC ACCOUNTABILITY, AND NATIONAL SECURITY. IT ALSO RELEASED MULTIPLE OPINION PIECES AND PARTICIPATED IN EVENTS AND MEETINGS IN THE UNITED STATES, THE UNITED KINGDOM, THE EUROPEAN UNION, AND AFRICA.
