THE TRUST US JUSTICE FUND ADVOCATES FOR BARRIER-FREE ACCESS TO ABORTIONS FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS OR NEEDS ONE. WE BELIEVE IN MEANINGFUL LOCAL ACCESS TO ABORTIONS AND ALL FORMS OF REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH CARE.ABORTION IS ESSENTIAL HEALTH CARE AND WE TRUST ALL PEOPLE TO MAKE HEALTH CARE DECISIONS ON THEIR OWN TERMS, ON THEIR OWN TIME.

AN ELECTION FOR AN ANTI-ABORTION STATE CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT OCCURRED DURING 2022. THE ORGANIZATION WAS INVOLVED IN A "VOTE NO" CAMPAIGN BY RAISING FUNDS, HOSTING SEVERAL COMMUNITY EVENTS AND FIGHTING AGAINST PASSAGE OF THE AMENDMENT WITH A VICTORIOUS RESULT.
