MEMBERS OF NATIONAL FIRE SPRINKLER INDUSTRY PROMOTION'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS ARE COMPENSATED BY A RELATED PARTY, NATIONAL FIRE SPRINKLER ASSOCIATION ("NFSA"), INC. THE FOLLOWING IS NFSA'S COMPENSATION POLICY: THE FINANCE COMMITTEE REVIEWS AND SUGGESTS COMPENSATION FOR TOP MANAGEMENT AND OTHER OFFICERS BY REVIEWING COMPARABLE DATA OF OTHER SIMILAR ENTITIES. THESE COMPENSATION SUGGESTIONS ARE THEN SUBMITTED TO THE BOARD FOR THEIR APPROVAL AND IS DOCUMENTED IN THE BOARD MINUTES. THIS PROCESS WAS LAST DONE IN DECEMBER 2022.
