We also partner with DC government organizations, such as the Department of Employment Services, to provide work experience for youth aged 14 to 24. These initiatives are designed to foster professional growth and support personal career aspirations, offering structured job experience during the summer months. Our partnership extends beyond the summer as we provide meaningful and constructive work experience through the DC Office of Youth Program's Schoo; Year Internship Program, which targets students aged 14 to 21 (grades 9-12).

Athletics - The Club provides opportunities for both boys and girls in Kindergarten through 5th grade to engage in a variety of team sports. We offer intramural basketball and football through a partnership with one of the charter schools we serve. we have also been implementing the Girls on the Run DC Program, which is aimed at young ladies in grades 3 to 5. Volunteer coaches lead lessons that combine physical activity with development of essential life skills, such as managing emotions, fostering friendships, and expressing empathy. At the end of the program, the team completes a community impact service project and participates in a 5K race together.

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those.
