FOS FEMINISTA FUND WAS FORMED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES TO SUPPORT, FOSTER, AID, AND ENHANCE ACCESS TO CONTRACEPTION, RESPONSIBLE PARENTHOOD, REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH, AND EMPOWERMENT OF WOMEN AND SHALL AID AND SUPPORT THE ACTIVITIES OF INTERNATIONAL PLANNED PARENTHOOD FEDERATION WESTERN HEMISPHERE REGION, INC. (DBA FOS FEMINISTA).
