Participated in committee hearings and independently consulted the California State Senate and Assembly in proposing and negotiating for the removal of excessive state loan disbursements with unpredictable repayment to support aging nuclear reactor operation from the deficit-ridden state budget. As proposed by A4NR these items were removed from the legislative budget proposal which would have saved taxpayers at least $400 million.
