BY THE END OF 2022 WE HAD 239 INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS AND 159 FAMILY MEMBERSHIPS. 98% OF OUR MEMBERS OPTED TO PAY $10 OR LESS WHICH IS THE LOWEST OPTION FOR OUR SLIDING FEE MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP. IT WAS A SUCCESS TO BE ABLE TO SERVE OUR MEMBERS IN AN ACCESSIBLE WAY ESPECIALLY DURING COVID-19. WE ALIGNED WITH MASK MANDATES AND INCREASED OUR VIRTUAL VISITS TO ENSURE MAXIMUM SAFETY AND EASE. ANOTHER ACCOMPLISHMENT WAS TO MAINTAIN OUR SERVICES WHILE ALSO ALLOWING FOR PROVIDER FLEXIBILITY FOR SCHEDULES AND LEAVES TO REDUCE PROVIDER BURNOUT. BURNOUT IS PHENOMON ACROSS THE HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY, ESPECIALLY SEEN DURING COVID-19. WE WERE ABLE TO SUPPORT OUR PROVIDERS THROUGH THIS WHILE ALSO MAINTAINING SERVICES AND QUALITY OF CARE LIKE OFFERING SAME-DAY URGENT-CARE APPOINTMENTS AND LONGER-CONSULTS.

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those.
