THE LICENSED AGENCY (LHCSA) OFFERED PERSONAL CARE, HOUSEKEEPING, LAUNDRY AND MEAL PREPARATION AND SOME SHOPPING TO CLIENTS LIVING IN THE COMMUNITY WHO HAVE FOUND IT INCREASINGLY DIFFICULT TO MANAGE THEIR CHRONIC ILLNESSES ON THEIR OWN, AND NEED SOME HELP WITH DAILY CHORES.
