Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. A Schedule J breakdown is as filed: base pay, bonus, other, deferred compensation and nontaxable benefits from this organization, with any from related organizations beside each, and the filer's own total. It is shown with the Part VII listing of the same name on the same return. The form gives no key between the two, so that pairing is ours, and is marked matched by us.

The filer's explanations (Part III)

PART I, LINE 1A
PAUL MITRANI, MD, PHD, MEDICAL DIRECTOR AND PSYCHIATRIST, RECEIVED FINANCIAL PLANNING SERVICES PAID BY THE NEW YORK PRACTICE. THIS BENEFIT WAS GROSSED-UP BY THE NEW YORK PRACTICE TO COVER EMPLOYEE PAYROLL TAXES AND TREATED AS TAXABLE COMPENSATION.
PART I, LINE 1B
THE CEO DETERMINED THE NEW YORK PRACTICE WOULD PROVIDE SUCH BENEFITS AFTER REVIEWING THE PLAN'S SERVICES AND COSTS.
PART I, LINE 3
THE NEW YORK PRACTICE HAS ADOPTED A WRITTEN EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION REVIEW POLICY, WHICH IT FOLLOWS WHEN APPROVING THE COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS OF THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER. THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER'S COMPENSATION IS REVIEWED EVERY TWO TO THREE YEARS BY AN INDEPENDENT CONSULTANT, QUALIFIED TO REVIEW SIMILAR POSITIONS IN COMPARABLE NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS. THE NEW YORK PRACTICE HAS ALSO ENGAGED A COMPENSATION CONSULTANT TO ASSESS THE REASONABLENESS OF THE COMPENSATION PROVIDED TO THE NEW YORK PRACTICE'S HIGHEST PAID EMPLOYEES, INCLUDING PSYCHIATRISTS.
PART I, LINE 4B
HAROLD KOPLEWICZ, MD, CEO, PARTICIPATES IN A 457(F) PLAN WITH A RELATED ORGANIZATION AS AGREED UPON IN HIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT. IN 2023, THE RELATED ORGANIZATION, CMI, CONTRIBUTED $67,530 TO THE PLAN. CONTRIBUTIONS FROM CMI FULLY VEST AFTER ONE YEAR.
PART I, LINE 7
CERTAIN CLINICIANS PROVIDING SERVICES TO PATIENTS OF THE NY PRACTICE ARE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE VARIABLE PAY OR INCENTIVES. PAYMENT OF SUCH REWARDS IS CONDITIONED ON THE ACHIEVEMENT OF FINANCIAL TARGETS RELATING TO COLLECTIONS FOR SERVICES. THE AMOUNTS PAID REPRESENT ONLY A LIMITED PORTION OF THE TOTAL COLLECTED; THE REMAINDER ENSURES THAT THE NY PRACTICE ACHIEVES A LEVEL OF REVENUE THAT WILL SUPPORT ITS OPERATIONS AND INVEST IN ENHANCING ITS OPERATIONS AND MEASURING PATIENT OUTCOMES

Part I's answers as filed. A line not listed was left unanswered; on lines 1a and 3 that means the box was not checked.
