Mission
Provide training and support of Christian Organizations and leaders in Orange County, CA; Maui, HI; Mindanao, Philippines, along with making grants in organizations in those communities.
-
a)22 organizations and 25 churches received training and coaching to heighten their impact in their communities via 3 full time staff in the US and 7 full time staff in the Philippines. US Staff and Board of Sacred Harvest Foundation travel at least 2 times a year to the Philippines to oversee training and approve grants. Our primary employee not only keeps in regular contact with the ministries that we support by requiring, and reviewing periodic reports from them, but he makes regular trips to view their activities, not only locally in the USA, but also as far away as the Phillipines. He then sends regular reports to the Board of Directors for their review.b)the purchase of the condo in Maui was made for multiple purposes. 1) Provide for a ministry retreat for the leaders and staff of the organizations we serve at a nominal cost. 2)It also served as a diversification of our investment dollars. 3) When not in use, the condo is rented out through our property manager to the public at market value.c)The organization maintains a Donor Advised Fund, over which it has full authority to make recommendations, from which it makes regualr grants to the 501(c)(3) charities that it supports. At lease annuallyt the Borad of Directors meets to review the past year's results of such charities, but also to approve grants for th coming year. 99% of our grants are made via our DAF at the National Christian Foundation, it's supported organization. In 2022, the principals of the foundation contributed $4,100,000 to the foundations accounts at NCF.

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. A Schedule J breakdown is as filed: base pay, bonus, other, deferred compensation and nontaxable benefits from this organization, with any from related organizations beside each, and the filer's own total. It is shown with the Part VII listing of the same name on the same return. The form gives no key between the two, so that pairing is ours, and is marked matched by us.
