Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. A Schedule J breakdown is as filed: base pay, bonus, other, deferred compensation and nontaxable benefits from this organization, with any from related organizations beside each, and the filer's own total. It is shown with the Part VII listing of the same name on the same return. The form gives no key between the two, so that pairing is ours, and is marked matched by us.

PART I, LINE 1A
IRS INSTRUCTIONS TO FORM 990 REQUIRE THAT THE FAIR MARKET VALUE OF HOUSING PROVIDED TO EMPLOYEES BY THEIR EMPLOYER BE REPORTED ON FORM 990, PART VII, SECTION A AND SCHEDULE J, PART II (WHETHER OR NOT THE VALUE IS DEEMED TAXABLE). AS A CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT, THE PRESIDENT OF RIPON COLLEGE IS REQUIRED TO RESIDE IN THE RESIDENCE ON THE CAMPUS PREMISES. THE RESIDENCE SERVES BOTH AS A PERSONAL RESIDENCE AS WELL AS A VENUE FOR THE REGULAR CARRYING ON OF COLLEGE BUSINESS. THE COLLEGE HAS DETERMINED THAT THE VALUE OF THE USE OF THIS PERSONAL-RESIDENCE IS NOT CONSIDERED TAXABLE INCOME TO THE PRESIDENT AS PROVIDED FOR IN INTERNAL REVENUE CODE 119. FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024, THE VALUE OF THE PRESIDENT'S USE OF THE RESIDENCE IS CONSERVATIVELY ESTIMATED TO BE $33,480. THIS ESTIMATE VALUE IS BASED ON AN ESTIMATED MONTHLY RENTAL VALUE OF THE RESIDENCE OF $2,790/MONTH INCLUDING UTILITIES TOTALING $33,480 ANNUALLY.
