ASCENSION IS A FAITH-BASED HEALTHCARE ORGANIZATION THAT DELIVERS PERSONALIZED, COMPASSIONATE CARE TO ALL, ESPECIALLY TO THOSE WHO NEED IT THE MOST. NO PROGRAM SERVICES WERE CONDUCTED DURING FY 2024. THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED AND AT ALL TIMES SHALL BE OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE BENEFIT OF, TO PERFORM THE FUNCTIONS OF, AND TO CARRY OUT THE PURPOSES OF THE SPONSOR, THE CORPORATE MEMBER AND SUCH OTHER OF ITS SUBSIDIARY ORGANIZATIONS THAT QUALIFY UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) AND UNDER SECTION 509(A)(1) AND SECTION 509(A)(2) OF THE CODE.
