TRAVEL FOR THE PRESIDENT'S SPOUSE WAS PAID AND PROPERLY REPORTED ON HIS W-2 IN ACCORDANCE WITH NAB'S SPOUSAL TRAVEL POLICY. FIRST CLASS TRAVEL WAS PROVIDED FOR CURTIS LEGEYT, PRESIDENT & CEO, AND HIS SPOUSE FOR FLIGHTS OVER 2 HOURS. THIS BENEFIT IS INCLUDED AS TAXABLE COMPENSATION, AND IS PROPERLY REPORTED ON HIS W-2 IN ACCORDANCE WITH NAB'S TRAVEL POLICY.
