Other organizations at this address

10 other organizations in the IRS Business Master File list the same street address. matched by us

This address is a suite or unit (STE 300). Organizations that share one are often clients of the same office-services firm, accountant or registered agent rather than related to each other.

We match the street line and ZIP code as the IRS gives them, ignoring case and outer spaces and nothing else, so "AVE" and "AVENUE" count as different streets and this list can miss some. A shared address can mean related organizations or a shared office, but it can also be a registered agent, a mail drop or a service provider holding mail for unrelated clients. It is not, by itself, evidence that two organizations are connected.

Mission and programs · 2024

Primary exempt purpose

Educating the public about sculpture and promoting sculpture

  • 5 into 1 - We returned to Moore College of Art and Design for our 2024 exhibition of the works of graduating sculpture students from five area colleges: Moore College of Art and Design, Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, Tyler School of Art, The University of the Arts, and University of Pennsylvania. The exhibition took place from June 15 - September 1, 2024. 9 students were chosen by a committee of young PS members. The opening was combined with another opening so it attracted about 150 people. The event space, installation help and reception costs were donated by Moore College of Art and Design.

    Expenses $1,050

  • We participated in the Philadelphia exhibition program ReFocus which celebrated the 50th anniversary of the 1974 program of Feminist art. Our contribution was The Artfront Partnership from February 1 through May 30, 2024. Five artists created original illuminated art installations for storefronts in two neighborhoods in Philadelphia, addressing the theme of the subconscious mind. Since this was a public installation, hundreds of people were able to see the installations over the course of time they were there. All the storefronts were donated. In addition, an opening reception was held in one of the venues that attracted about 75 people. Please note that the grant and some of the expenses for this project were received and expended in 2023.

    Expenses $3,828 · Grants $10,000

  • From May 10 - October 28, 2024 we partnered with the National Liberty Museum to mount an international exhibition, In Pursuit: Artists Perspectives on a Nation. Seven nationally and internationally known artists created installations in the Museum on the concept of democracy. Over 3,000 people visited the show. There were two community days and artists presented workshops for the public. An artist panel held at the Museum featured three artists who spoke about their work.

    Expenses $121,135 · Grants $20,000

  • From August 28 - October 7, 2024 we mounted Pushing Buttons, a collaborative exhibition with Tri-State Sculptors from NC, SC, and VA. The show was held at Montgomery County Community College in Blue Bell, PA. 26 artists addressed the theme in many creative ways. The show was viewed by students and staff at the college, along with members of the general public. An opening reception attracted about 50 people.

    Expenses $300

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. Earlier years are each on their own filing page.

Nonprofiteer parses Forms 990, 990-EZ and 990-PF, in a window of recent tax years. These returns are recorded from the IRS e-file index, so their figures were extracted by that index rather than read from the return here — treat them as a different source from the filings above, not as more of the same record. A dash means the index carries no figure; Form 990-T listings carry none at all. Showing the 10 most recent; the API carries the rest.

Auto-Revocation List

Not listed. The IRS publishes this list for organizations whose exemption was automatically revoked for failing to file for three consecutive years.

Publication 78

Listed as of 13 October 2026, under deductibility PC.

These are two separate IRS files on two separate schedules, shown as published and not reconciled with each other. Neither is a statement about whether a contribution is deductible today: 19,245 organizations appear in Publication 78 while the IRS's own revocation file lists them as currently revoked, more than half of those revoked before 2019. Absence from Publication 78 is evidence of nothing, and presence is not evidence either. Verify current status with the IRS before relying on it.
