Mission and programs · 2024

Primary exempt purpose

Keeper of The Game Foundation serves those with special needs and disabilities. We provide many opportunities involving baseball and softball activities, such as putting baseball/softball clinics for those with cognitive and physical disabilities, and taking special needs school classes and special needs families to baseball games. We provide annual scholarship money to St Timothy's Christian Academy, a private special needs school. We also create service opportunities for baseball and softball players and teams. We have student athletes and professional athletes volunteer during our clinics. We also put on the largest food drive in Frisco, Texas having Frisco high school teams compete to see who can collect the most donations for Frisco Family Services Food Market.

  • Through our RP11 Bowling Night $59,341 was raised, most of which went to the St Timothy Christian Academy scholarship fund providing tuition assistance for students in need at the private special needs school.

    Expenses $20,695 · Grants $80,036

  • Keeper of The Game Strike Out Hunger Food Drive. The food drive ended up providing about 30,000 items (canned goods and other grocery items) Frisco Family Services Market (food pantry). Items were donated and no funds were collected or distributed through the drive. Our costs were for awards (pizza) to the baseball and softball program that donated the most.

    Expenses $722

  • Keeper of The Game Out to the Ballgame program allowed us to take high school special education students from two schools on a field trip to a Frisco RoughRiders baseball game. We provided 38 students, teachers and aids with tickets, lunch and tee shirts.

    Expenses $1,349

  • RP11 clinic at Southfork Athletic facility. Southfork Athletic Facility provided us with space for a special needs clinic for over 30 special needs athletes. The clinic provided a great opportunity for special needs athletes to participate in baseball activities and other games raising their delf esteem.

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. Earlier years are each on their own filing page.

As filed, from the IRS e-Postcard file of 2 November 2026. The IRS publishes only each organization's most recent postcard, so earlier years are not shown. A 990-N carries no financial detail. The postcard also gives the principal officer's address, which is not shown here.

Grants made

No itemized grants to organizations. Schedule I is filed only by organizations that granted more than $5,000 to a recipient, so most filers have none.

Auto-Revocation List

Not listed. The IRS publishes this list for organizations whose exemption was automatically revoked for failing to file for three consecutive years.

Publication 78

Listed as of 13 October 2026, under deductibility PC.

These are two separate IRS files on two separate schedules, shown as published and not reconciled with each other. Neither is a statement about whether a contribution is deductible today: 19,245 organizations appear in Publication 78 while the IRS's own revocation file lists them as currently revoked, more than half of those revoked before 2019. Absence from Publication 78 is evidence of nothing, and presence is not evidence either. Verify current status with the IRS before relying on it.
