Program: The Birds, the Bees & Everything In Between Introduction: We propose to offer an 8-session sex education program titled "The Birds and the Bees and Everything in Between," which is based on the original program "Awkward Conversations" designed to teach caregivers how to discuss sexual health with their dependents. Facilitators of Modern Manhood Foundation, who have been elected, will be trained by the supporting organization, and subsequently teach the program. The program aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of sexual health and healthy relationships. Program Overview: The program is an 8-session course, held weekly, for 1.5 hours per session. Each session will cover a different topic related to sexual health and relationships, such as human anatomy, healthy relationships, trauma, pornography, and more (per the created curriculum). The course will be designed to provide an inclusive and safe environment where caregivers can learn and discuss these sensitive topics with their dependents. The program will be facilitated by educators from the Modern Manhood Foundation, who have been selected based on teaching their experience, training, and understanding of sex education. The timeframe is from February 21- April 11, 2023. The total number of participants in the program was 145 total logins throughout the program. Expenses: Zoom -$149.90 Program Implementation: The Birds, the Bees & Everything In Between 234.94

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. Earlier years are each on their own filing page.

Auto-Revocation List
Not listed. The IRS publishes this list for organizations whose exemption was automatically revoked for failing to file for three consecutive years.
Publication 78
Listed as of 13 October 2026, under deductibility PC.
These are two separate IRS files on two separate schedules, shown as published and not reconciled with each other. Neither is a statement about whether a contribution is deductible today: 19,245 organizations appear in Publication 78 while the IRS's own revocation file lists them as currently revoked, more than half of those revoked before 2019. Absence from Publication 78 is evidence of nothing, and presence is not evidence either. Verify current status with the IRS before relying on it.
