Mission
Our mission is to serve survivors of human trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation with a trauma-informed approach fueled by the love of Christ.
-
Drop-In Center: Located on a nationally known hotspot for human trafficking, the drop-in center is a safe space designed to identify victims of trafficking, build trust, and increase access to care. Survivors can access items for their basic needs, meet with a licensed professional counselor, join support groups and classes, and work with a case manager on goals like getting an identification card, accessing medical care, or finding a job.In 2024, the drop-in center served 524 survivors through 4,202 visits. Staff provided 1,195 case management sessions, 642 counseling sessions, and 445 safety plans, and distributed 2,903 meals with 2,539 referrals to partner organizations.
Expenses $981,470
-
Youth Advocacy: For children and youth who have been trafficked, youth advocates collaborate with law enforcement and community partners to provide 24/7 crisis response, arriving onsite within 90 minutes whenever a youth is in crisis. Advocates provide ongoing case management and emotional support to youth and their families throughout their healing journey. In 2024, the program served 94 youth survivors, providing 1,430 case management sessions, 586 safety plans, 211 counseling sessions, and 611 meals.
Expenses $537,798
-

With the help of volunteers, The Landing reaches out to potential victims on the street, online, in court, and in the community. In 2024, the outreach program engaged 136 survivors, conducting 121 street contacts, 571 online contacts, and 93 court contacts, along with 74 church and business outreach events reaching more than 4,000 people and 30 school outreach events reaching 1,700 students and staff.

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. Earlier years are each on their own filing page.

Nonprofiteer parses Forms 990, 990-EZ and 990-PF, in a window of recent tax years. These returns are recorded from the IRS e-file index, so their figures were extracted by that index rather than read from the return here — treat them as a different source from the filings above, not as more of the same record. A dash means the index carries no figure; Form 990-T listings carry none at all.

Auto-Revocation List
Not listed. The IRS publishes this list for organizations whose exemption was automatically revoked for failing to file for three consecutive years.
Publication 78
Listed as of 13 October 2026, under deductibility PC.
These are two separate IRS files on two separate schedules, shown as published and not reconciled with each other. Neither is a statement about whether a contribution is deductible today: 19,245 organizations appear in Publication 78 while the IRS's own revocation file lists them as currently revoked, more than half of those revoked before 2019. Absence from Publication 78 is evidence of nothing, and presence is not evidence either. Verify current status with the IRS before relying on it.
