Mission and programs · 2024

Mission

THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO PROVIDE GRANTS AND GIFTS TO 501 C 3 ORGANIZATIONS IN THE COMMUNITIES THE SOLE MEMBER OPERATES.

  • THE ORGANIZATION'S PRIMARY PROGRAM IS DEDICATED TO PROVIDING GRANTS TO A WIDE RANGE OF ORGANIZATIONS THAT HAVE EXEMPT PURPOSES, INCLUDING HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES, EDUCATION, AND THE ARTS, WITHIN THE COMMUNITIES WHERE THE SOLE MEMBER OPERATES. THIS INITIATIVE HIGHLIGHTS THE ORGANIZATION'S COMMITMENT TO FOSTERING COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, WELL-BEING, AND CULTURAL ENRICHMENT. IN ITS INITIAL YEAR OF OPERATION, 2023, THE ORGANIZATION FOCUSED ON FUNDRAISING AND DID NOT PROVIDE ANY GRANTS. THE FUNDS RAISED WILL SUPPORT FUTURE GRANT-MAKING ACTIVITIES, ENABLING THE ORGANIZATION TO MAKE A SIGNIFICANT IMPACT IN THE AREAS OF HEALTH, EDUCATION, AND THE ARTS. THE ORGANIZATION WORKED ON BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH POTENTIAL GRANT RECIPIENTS AND COMMUNITY LEADERS TO BETTER UNDERSTAND THE NEEDS OF THE COMMUNITIES IT SERVES. AS THE ORGANIZATION MOVES FORWARD, IT AIMS TO EXPAND ITS REACH, INCREASE THE NUMBER OF GRANTS PROVIDED, AND IMPLEMENT MONITORING AND EVALUATION MECHANISMS TO ENSURE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF ITS PROGRAMS. THIS COMMITMENT TO ACCOUNTABILITY AND TRANSPARENCY UNDERSCORES THE ORGANIZATION'S DEDICATION TO ACHIEVING MEANINGFUL AND LASTING CHANGE. ULTIMATELY, THE ORGANIZATION'S GRANT PROGRAM IS A TESTAMENT TO ITS COMMITMENT TO COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND EMPOWERMENT, PLAYING A PIVOTAL ROLE IN ENHANCING THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES WITHIN THE COMMUNITIES IT SERVES.

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. Earlier years are each on their own filing page.

Grants made

No itemized grants to organizations. Schedule I is filed only by organizations that granted more than $5,000 to a recipient, so most filers have none.

Auto-Revocation List

Not listed. The IRS publishes this list for organizations whose exemption was automatically revoked for failing to file for three consecutive years.

Publication 78

Listed as of 13 October 2026, under deductibility PC.

These are two separate IRS files on two separate schedules, shown as published and not reconciled with each other. Neither is a statement about whether a contribution is deductible today: 19,245 organizations appear in Publication 78 while the IRS's own revocation file lists them as currently revoked, more than half of those revoked before 2019. Absence from Publication 78 is evidence of nothing, and presence is not evidence either. Verify current status with the IRS before relying on it.
