Mission and programs · 2024
Primary exempt purpose
To educate on and advocate for the importance of mental health in disenfranchised communities through the sport of skating and creative arts, to promote the sport of skating among marginalized people and increase diversity and equity.

Women &/Or Trans Sessions: 7 monthly sessions hosted at Lot 11 Skatepark in Miami, serving approximately 300 participants over the course of the program. The objectives of this program were to improve participant's skate skills, increase community building and personal relationships for attendees, and reframe participant's ideas about what it means to take up space at a skatepark. Through feedback forms, we found that 100% of participants met these goals, making this program an overall success. Shred and Sex Ed: A 4-month program in collaboration with Planned Parenthood to provide formal sexual health education and skate coaching. Our objectives were to increase access to relational health education for our community, and to emphasize the importance of physical health as it relates to mental health. We served a total of 50 participants over the program. We estimate that most participants found the program to be educational and to increase their understanding of sexual and relational health. Planting Seeds: A 6-month program serving Native American girls ages 11-17 through free group skate lessons, guided discussions, and team-building games. The purpose of these clinics is for participants to improve skating skills, build strong interpersonal relationships and self-confidence, and to work towards reframing participant's ideas about what it means to be a minority at the skatepark and in the world as a whole. The program is currently ongoing, and has served approximately 10 participants. We have not conducted post-program surveys to assess the success of the program yet.

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. Earlier years are each on their own filing page.

Auto-Revocation List
Not listed. The IRS publishes this list for organizations whose exemption was automatically revoked for failing to file for three consecutive years.
Publication 78
Listed as of 13 October 2026, under deductibility PC.
These are two separate IRS files on two separate schedules, shown as published and not reconciled with each other. Neither is a statement about whether a contribution is deductible today: 19,245 organizations appear in Publication 78 while the IRS's own revocation file lists them as currently revoked, more than half of those revoked before 2019. Absence from Publication 78 is evidence of nothing, and presence is not evidence either. Verify current status with the IRS before relying on it.
