Mission
PREMIER MOBILE HEALTH SERVICES MISSION IS TO PROVIDE ACCESS TO QUALITY HEALTHCARE SERVICES TO THE MEDICALLY VULNERABLE AND THOSE WHO ARE MOST AT RISK OF DEVELOPING AND EXPERIENCING LONG-TERM ILLNESSES AND HOSPITALIZATION.
-
PREMIER MOBILE HEALTH SERVICES CONTINUED ITS MISSION OF PROVIDING FREE AND COMPREHENSIVE HEALTHCARE TO UNDERSERVED COMMUNITIES, EXPANDING ITS REACH AND IMPACT IN RESPONSE TO ONGOING CHALLENGES FROM RECENT HURRICANES AND INCREASED DEMAND FOR MEDICAL SERVICES. SINCE ITS FOUNDING IN 2018 WITH A SINGLE MOBILE MEDICAL CLINIC, THE ORGANIZATION HAS GROWN TO OPERATE THREE MOBILE CLINICS AND A WALK-IN CLINIC THAT DOUBLES AS THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE. IN 2025, THE CLINICS PROVIDED FREE MEDICAL SCREENINGS AND CARE TO 2,511 CLIENTS AND PARTICIPATED IN 24 OUTREACH EVENTS. A DEDICATED TEAM OF 277 VOLUNTEERS CONTRIBUTED OVER 8,142 HOURS TO SUPPORT THE MISSION. DISASTER RELIEF HAS BECOME A LARGER PART OF PREMIER'S MISSION. LEVERAGING EXPERIENCE FROM HURRICANES IAN, HELENE, AND MILTON, THE ORGANIZATION MOBILIZED QUICKLY TO PROVIDE CARE AND DISTRIBUTE ESSENTIAL DONATIONS IN RESPONSE TO HURRICANE MELISSA'S DEVASTATION IN JAMAICA. STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS ENABLED EFFECTIVE DEPLOYMENT OF SERVICES AND ONGOING DISTRIBUTION OF DONATED FOOD, CLOTHING, AND SUPPLIES. PREMIER IS COMMITTED TO MAKING HEALTHCARE ACCESSIBLE AND CONVENIENT. KEY INITIATIVES IN 2025 INCLUDED: DISPENSING CONVENTIONAL MEDICATIONS OPERATING AN IN-HOUSE POINT OF CARE LABORATORY INTERNATIONAL AND BECKTON DICKENSON, FOR RAPID LAB RESULTS FOR UNINSURED PATIENTS. PROVIDING PATIENT-FRIENDLY TRANSPORTATION FOR ESSENTIAL MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS. OFFERING TELEHEALTH VISITS AND FREE, CONFIDENTIAL HIV TESTING AT ALL MOBILE CLINIC LOCATIONS. PREMIER MAINTAINS 12 AFFILIATION AGREEMENTS WITH UNIVERSITIES TO OFFER NO- COST AND LOW-COST SERVICES, WHILE SERVING AS A PROFESSIONAL BRIDGE FOR STUDENTS. IN 2025, 18 STUDENTS RECEIVED TRAINING, INCLUDING 16 NURSE PRACTITIONERS, 1 MEDICAL ASSISTANT AND 1 OFFICE CLERK. GENEROUS DONOR SUPPORT HELPED FAMILIES RECOVER FROM HURRICANE IAN. DURING THE BACK-TO-SCHOOL SEASON, 350 BACKPACKS WITH SCHOOL SUPPLIES WERE DISTRIBUTED, AND 154 CHILD MEDICAL SCREENINGS AND 117 FREE SCHOOL SPORTS PHYSICALS WERE PERFORMED. AT THE 7TH ANNUAL BREAKFAST WITH SANTA, 205 MEDICAL SCREENINGS WERE PERFORMED, BREAKFAST WAS SERVED AND OVER 600 GIFTS WERE PROVIDED TO CHILDREN AND ADULTS. OUR COMMUNITY PARTNERS PROVIDED MANY OTHER ITEMS FOR DISTRIBUTION INCLUDING SANITARY PRODUCTS, BABY ITEMS, AND MEDICAL SUPPLIES. THE SECOND ANNUAL SPEAKEASY CASINO NIGHT ATTRACTED 110 ATTENDEES, RAISING BOTH FUNDS AND AWARENESS FOR PREMIER'S MISSION. THE ORGANIZATION RECEIVED THE GOLD STANDARD SEAL FROM THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF FREE AND CHARITABLE CLINICS FOR THE THIRD CONSECUTIVE YEAR, RECOGNIZING ITS COMMITMENT TO QUALITY HEALTHCARE. WE ALSO HOLD THE PLATINUM LEVEL OF TRANSPARENCY THROUGH CANDID. A FULL-DAY RETREAT FACILITATED STRATEGIC PLANNING FOR FUTURE EXPANSION. OUR NEWLY EXPANDED BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOCUSED ON SUSTAINABLE GROWTH, SECURING FUNDING, RECRUITING MULTILINGUAL STAFF, AND IMPROVING BRANDING AND COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT THROUGH MARKETING EFFORTS. RECOVERY FROM RECENT HURRICANES CONTINUES, WITH RISING DEMAND FOR SERVICES DUE TO JOB LOSSES, UNINSURED POPULATIONS, AND INCREASED HEALTH NEEDS. EXPANSION OF MOBILE CLINICS IS NECESSARY TO MEET REQUESTS FROM COMMUNITY CENTERS AND CHURCHES. THE UNWINDING OF MEDICAID HAS INTENSIFIED THE HEALTHCARE CRISIS, LEAVING MORE INDIVIDUALS UNINSURED AND INCREASING THE BURDEN ON PREMIER'S CLINICS. LEGISLATIVE CHANGES TO MEDICAID, MEDICARE, AND PRIVATE INSURANCE REMAIN UNCERTAIN. PREMIER MOBILE HEALTH SERVICES REMAINS DEDICATED TO PROVIDING LIFE-SAVING CARE, COMPASSION, AND SUPPORT TO MARGINALIZED AND UNDERSERVED POPULATIONS, WORKING TO CLOSE THE HEALTHCARE EQUITY GAP AND MAKE A POSITIVE IMPACT IN THE COMMUNITIES THEY SERVE.

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. A Schedule J breakdown is as filed: base pay, bonus, other, deferred compensation and nontaxable benefits from this organization, with any from related organizations beside each, and the filer's own total. It is shown with the Part VII listing of the same name on the same return. The form gives no key between the two, so that pairing is ours, and is marked matched by us. Earlier years are each on their own filing page.

Nonprofiteer parses Forms 990, 990-EZ and 990-PF, in a window of recent tax years. These returns are recorded from the IRS e-file index, so their figures were extracted by that index rather than read from the return here — treat them as a different source from the filings above, not as more of the same record. A dash means the index carries no figure; Form 990-T listings carry none at all.

Auto-Revocation List
Not listed. The IRS publishes this list for organizations whose exemption was automatically revoked for failing to file for three consecutive years.
Publication 78
Listed as of 13 October 2026, under deductibility PC.
These are two separate IRS files on two separate schedules, shown as published and not reconciled with each other. Neither is a statement about whether a contribution is deductible today: 19,245 organizations appear in Publication 78 while the IRS's own revocation file lists them as currently revoked, more than half of those revoked before 2019. Absence from Publication 78 is evidence of nothing, and presence is not evidence either. Verify current status with the IRS before relying on it.
