Mission
Asian American Healthcare Center's mission is to provide an array of health care and social service in a culturally and linguistically appropriate setting, and promote healthcare access for the wellbeing of the Asian American community in the state of Maryland.
Activities or mission (Part I)
Asian American Healthcare Center (AAHC)'s mission is to provide an array of health care and social services in a culturally and linguistically appropriate setting , and promote healthcare access for the wellbeing of the Asian American community in the state of Maryland.
-
Chronic Disease Prevention and Intervention Program: In 2025, AAHC received the Maryland CHRC grant and a partnership with the Chinese American Doctor's Association to provide culturally tailored medical screenings for 69 high risk Asian residents. Program participants received comprehensive primary care consultations, BMI blood pressure monitoring, and targeted health education. Advanced diagnostics-including POCUS ultrasound, ECG, Spirometry, and full clinical lab suites, such as A1c, Lipid, CMP, CBC, were utilized to facilitate early detection and management of cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases among underserved populations.
Expenses $35,427
-
Clinical Facility Expansion: AAHC successfully secured a $399,000 state government capital grant to acquire a permanent clinical office space. This milestone acquisition establishes a stable, long-term foundation for our mission to provide cost-free medical care to low-income and uninsured residents. By transitioning to a permanent facility, AAHC has secured the infrastructure necessary to expand service hours, enhance patient privacy, and increase the volume of life-saving care provided to the community's most vulnerable members.
Expenses $877
-
Bi-Monthly Free Clinic Operations: Staffed exclusively by a dedicated team of volunteer physicians and administrative personnel, AAHC operates a free clinic on the first and third Saturdays of each month. In 2025, the clinic served as a critical safety net for 31 uninsured and low-income residents, providing essential primary clinical care that prevented unnecessary emergency room visits. This program leverages professional volunteer hours to provide high-quality medical interventions at zero cost to the patient.
Expenses $18,583
As filed on the 2025 return.

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. Earlier years are each on their own filing page.

Nonprofiteer parses Forms 990, 990-EZ and 990-PF, in a window of recent tax years. These returns are recorded from the IRS e-file index, so their figures were extracted by that index rather than read from the return here — treat them as a different source from the filings above, not as more of the same record. A dash means the index carries no figure; Form 990-T listings carry none at all.

Auto-Revocation List
Not listed. The IRS publishes this list for organizations whose exemption was automatically revoked for failing to file for three consecutive years.
Publication 78
Listed as of 13 October 2026, under deductibility PC.
These are two separate IRS files on two separate schedules, shown as published and not reconciled with each other. Neither is a statement about whether a contribution is deductible today: 19,245 organizations appear in Publication 78 while the IRS's own revocation file lists them as currently revoked, more than half of those revoked before 2019. Absence from Publication 78 is evidence of nothing, and presence is not evidence either. Verify current status with the IRS before relying on it.
