Mission
Serving as an organizational and communication hub for the informal network of oral health stakeholders within NH, we serve to educate, coordinate, convene, and facilitate instate efforts to advance oral health throughout NH with emphasis on access for the underserved populations. We focus statewide and across the lifespan.
-
The Coalition continues to serve as the connecting hub for the oral health stakeholders in NH. Focusing on connecting, disseminating information, convening, and collaboratively training stakeholders and the public on oral health systems, advancement, and resources within the state. Throughout 2025 we continued network outreach and training on NH Smiles Medicaid Adult Dental Benefit with a focus on providing information on the benefit, how to access care, the numbers and populations served, and the challenges and opportunities moving forward. Participants in trainings and discussion forums included the public, oral health program staff and providers, program decision makers, and others. From a state infrastructure perspective, we worked with the new Medicaid dental director and public health oral health program manager to provide them a comprehensive orientation to the history of the extension of community-based and school-based oral health programs that bring dental and oral heath services into the local communities, thereby increasing access for those with low incomes, and who are un- or under-insured. Additionally, completed a series of issue brief drafts that can be finalized for dissemination via both print and electronics, on the topics of community-based dental and oral health access, community-water fluoridation, and minimally invasive dental care. In December of 2025, we capped off the year with our annual conference bringing together medical/dental providers, educators, funders, program managers, policy makers, the public and others. This was attended by eighty who participated as speakers, panelists, and attendees.

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. Earlier years are each on their own filing page.

Auto-Revocation List
Not listed. The IRS publishes this list for organizations whose exemption was automatically revoked for failing to file for three consecutive years.
Publication 78
Listed as of 13 October 2026, under deductibility PC.
These are two separate IRS files on two separate schedules, shown as published and not reconciled with each other. Neither is a statement about whether a contribution is deductible today: 19,245 organizations appear in Publication 78 while the IRS's own revocation file lists them as currently revoked, more than half of those revoked before 2019. Absence from Publication 78 is evidence of nothing, and presence is not evidence either. Verify current status with the IRS before relying on it.
