To connect individuals and families in Rutherford County TN with access opportunities and supportive services for housing healthcare and economic self-sufficiency through collaboration partnership and advocacy

Using volunteer leadership from the community H3ARC provided funding and support for the lead agency of the Murfreesboro Rutherford County HUD Continuum of Care TN-510 in their efforts to apply for public funding and manage the Homeless Management Information System for the county. H3ARC members also worked to advocate for housing programs and improved coordination of services for the homeless and disadvantated residents of Rutherford County TN.
