ARE NOT COMPENSATED BY OCF MEDICAL FACILITIES III, INC., BUT ARE COMPENSATED BY RELATED ORGANIZATIONS FOR THEIR ROLES AS OFFICERS OR EXECUTIVES OF THE OCHSNER CLINIC FOUNDATION. THE PROCESS FOR DETERMINING COMPENSATION IS DESCRIBED ON THE FORM 990 OF OCHSNER CLINIC FOUNDATION (72-0502505). THE METHODS USED INCLUDE A COMPENSATION COMMITTEE, INDEPENDENT COMPENSATION CONSULTANT, WRITTEN EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTS, A COMPENSATION SURVEY, AND APPROVAL BY THE COMPENSATION COMMITTEE.
