Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. A Schedule J breakdown is as filed: base pay, bonus, other, deferred compensation and nontaxable benefits from this organization, with any from related organizations beside each, and the filer's own total. It is shown with the Part VII listing of the same name on the same return. The form gives no key between the two, so that pairing is ours, and is marked matched by us.

The filer's explanations (Part III)

Schedule J, Part I, Line 3 Arrangement used to establish the top management official's compensation
Clarkson College does not have any employees. All employees reported are employees of the Nebraska Medical Center (TNMC) and are covered by compensation and benefit plans provided by TNMC, including certain retirement and deferred compensation plans. TNMC establishes President compensation through the use of a compensation committee, independent compensation consultant, Form 990 of other organizations, written employment contracts, compensation survey or study, and/or approval by the board or compensation committee.
Schedule J, Part I, Line 4b Supplemental nonqualified retirement plan
All employees reported on these forms are employees of the Nebraska Medical Center (TNMC) and are covered by benefits plans provided by TNMC, including certain retirement and deferred compensation plans. Certain executives do participate in supplemental nonqualified retirement plans. No payout occurred during the year from a supplemental nonqualified plan to any current or former individuals. In addition, there is a supplemental executive retirement plan (amended and restated January 1, 2008) which constitutes an unfunded, unsecured plan to provide supplemental retirement benefits to a select group of management or highly compensated employees upon separation of service, subject to the terms and conditions of the plan. The benefit is paid in full one year after employment separation, and the amount is based on the participant's annual compensation, value of the participant's TNMC qualified retirement plan benefit, social security benefit, and number of years of service. Payouts that occurred during the year from the supplemental nonqualified retirement plan to the follow individuals: James Linder: $200,000
