Adoption Assistance, Awareness, & Advocacy - We issued twenty-two "Say Yes" grants of $2,000 for the adoption of children with special needs in eight different countries (some grant funds were carried over from 2021). Included were four families adopting multiple children. Most of these grant funds were directed to Lifesong for Orphans, Inc., a non-profit organization, to act as our independent review committee. In an effort to "wrap-around" grant families, we continued to provide the option of a prayer partner, a copy of "The Connected Parent and quarterly trauma-informed training sessions. In our Advocacy efforts, we continued our ARISE program in Delray Beach, Florida - bringing Adoption Resources, Information, Stories, and Encouragement to shine a light on adoption and provide support for families in the process. We continued our weekly social media series called "See Me Saturday" to bring awareness to orphans in need of families. We also continued our "Stories of Yes" social media highlights to shine a light on adoption through the true stories of adoptive families. We continued to bring awareness to the orphan crisis through events and speaking engagements, our memoir "With an Open Heart", and our logo necklaces that support orphan care initiatives. Logo necklaces and copies of books were donated to families for adoption auction fundraisers.

Meeting the Basic Needs of Orphans - In partnership with Love Without Boundaries Foundation, and Home Free, we continued to offer child sponsorship opportunities to our donors. In 2022, our sponsorship program consisted of fourteen orphaned children from Uganda (9), Cambodia (4) and China (1) designated to OHFO for securing monthly sponsorships to provide for their care. In 2022, we provided monthly tuition sponsorship for over 100 children through partners. In partnership with three of our Uganda partner organizations, we funded the building of brand new homes for eleven vulnerable families - some of the children from abandonment - in Uganda. Funds were provided for the full furnishing of these homes including bedding, dining and living room furniture and kitchen supplies. These homes were complete with solar lighting, latrines, showers, rainwater catch systems for drinking/showering and kitchen areas with a built-in shop area for some of them. This structure is intended to help single mothers create sustainability to provide for their families. We provided basic necessities for multiple families in Uganda including new beds, bedding, mosquito nets, cooking utensils, and clothing. We provided 300 collapsible solar lanterns, providing light to over 1,000 vulnerable children in Uganda. We funded multiple water tanks, latrines, and solar systems for desperate families in Uganda. We provided funds for a new walk-in refrigerator for an orphanage in Ukraine and provided a month's worth of food/staples for an orphanage in Ukraine. We provided funding for six months of basic needs and operation expenses for Creamos children's home in Bolivia. With our partner Home Free, 30+ orphaned or abandoned children in Uganda moved out of orphanages and into foster families through our "Empty the Orphanages" campaign. We provided formula to multiple babies in desperate need of nourishment, along with transport to the hospital for medical evaluation and a nutrition program to help them thrive.

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those.
