- THE HISTORICAL SOCIETY PAID DUES TO THE DUQUESNE CLUB ON BEHALF OF ITS CEO, ANDREW MASICH. AS REQUIRED, DR. MASICH DOCUMENTED HIS PERSONAL USE OF THE CLUB, OF WHICH THERE WAS NONE. THE HISTORICAL SOCIETY PAID FOR THE TRAVEL OF A SPOUSE FOR CEO, ANDREW MASICH. THIS TRAVEL WAS FOR ENTERTAINING OUT OF STATE AND WAS NOT TAXABLE TO DR. MASICH.

THE TOTAL COMPENSATION OF DR.
