Using volunteer leadership from the community H3ARC served as the lead agency for the Murfreesboro Rutherford County HUD Continuum of Care TN-510 providing access training and coordination of the Homeless Management Information System as well as grant preparation review and submission as the Collaborative Applicant for the member organizations who provide services to the homeless and disadvantaged of Rutherford County TN
