HEALTH AND GOLF CLUB MEMBERSHIPS ARE PROVIDED TO THE PRESIDENT AND VP OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT. ANY EXPENSES INCURRED THAT ARE NOT RELATED TO THE CHAMBER'S BUSINESS ARE PAID FOR PERSONALLY BE THE INDIVIDUALS.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE LCED'S SALARY IS DETERMINED BY THE LINCOLN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, AND AFFILIATED ORGANIZATION. THE AFFILIATED ORGANIZATION USES A COMPENSATION COMMITTEE, WRITTEN EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT, AND COMPENSATION STUDY TO DETERMINE THE SALARY AMOUNT.
