AFTER A REVIEW OF PERFORMANCE METRICS, INDIVIDUALS ARE AWARDED BONUS AMOUNTS WITHIN GIVEN PARAMETERS. THE BONUS AMOUNTS ARE REVIEWED AS PART OF AN INDIVIDUALS' FULL COMPENSATION PACKAGE TO MAKE SURE IT IS REASONABLE. BONUS AMOUNTS FOR MANAGERS AND DIRECTORS ARE APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT & CEO. OTHER BONUS AMOUNTS ARE APPROVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
