Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. A Schedule J breakdown is as filed: base pay, bonus, other, deferred compensation and nontaxable benefits from this organization, with any from related organizations beside each, and the filer's own total. It is shown with the Part VII listing of the same name on the same return. The form gives no key between the two, so that pairing is ours, and is marked matched by us.

The filer's explanations (Part III)

PART I, LINE 1A
TRAVEL COMPANIONS HAVE BEEN AUTHORIZED FOR THE LEADERSHIP TEAM AND BOARD MEMBERS OF THE ORGANIZATION. PAYMENT FOR TRAVEL IS REPORTED ON THE W-2 FOR THE LEADERSHIP TEAM AND ON THE 1099 FOR BOARD MEMBERS. THE ORGANIZATION MADE GROSS-UP PAYMENTS ON THE AUXILIARY AND EXECUTIVE BOARD'S W-2. THE PRESIDENT/CEO HAD A GYM MEMBERSHIP THAT WAS ACTIVE AT THE BEGINNING OF 2023 BUT WAS TERMINATED LATER IN THE YEAR. PAYMENT FOR THE MEMBERSHIP WAS MADE THROUGH THEIR W-2.
PART I, LINES 4A-B
SPLIT DOLLAR LIFE INSURANCE: THE CREDIT UNION HAS ENTERED INTO COLLATERAL ASSIGNMENT SPLIT DOLLAR (CASD) ARRANGEMENTS WITH CERTAIN CURRENT AND FORMER MEMBERS OF THE EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT TEAM. THE LOANS ARE COLLATERALIZED BY THE ASSIGNMENT OF THE POLICY DEATH BENEFITS AND CASH VALUES OF EACH RESPECTIVE LIFE INSURANCE POLICY. THE CASD POLICIES ARE RECORDED AS ASSETS ON THE CONSOLIDATED STATEMENTS OF FINANCIAL CONDITION AS THE LOAN BALANCE PLUS ACCRUED INTEREST. THE CASD ARRANGEMENT FOR ONE INDIVIDUAL INCLUDES A FULL RECOURSE PROVISION WHEREBY THE CREDIT UNION CAN SEEK REPAYMENT OF PRINCIPAL AND INTEREST FROM THE EMPLOYEE DIRECTLY IF THERE IS A SHORTFALL. ALL OTHER CASD ARRANGEMENTS ALSO HAVE RECOURSE PROVISIONS WHERE THE CREDIT UNION CAN SEEK REPAYMENT OF ANY SHORTFALL FROM THE EMPLOYEE. DAVID SALM, CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER, RECEIVED A SEVERENCE PAYMENT OF $91,113 DURING 2023.

Part I's answers as filed. A line not listed was left unanswered; on lines 1a and 3 that means the box was not checked.
