Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. A Schedule J breakdown is as filed: base pay, bonus, other, deferred compensation and nontaxable benefits from this organization, with any from related organizations beside each, and the filer's own total. It is shown with the Part VII listing of the same name on the same return. The form gives no key between the two, so that pairing is ours, and is marked matched by us.

PART I, LINE 1A
MEALS ON WHEELS AMERICA OPERATES UNDER A FLEXIBLE HYBRID WORK POLICY WHERE STAFF MEMBERS ARE AFFORDED THE OPPORTUNITY TO WORK FROM HOME. ALL EMPLOYEES ARE THEREFORE PROVIDED THE OPPORTUNITY TO ANNUALLY CHOOSE A MONTHLY $100 STIPEND FOR SUPPLIES AND EXPENSES RELATED TO WORKING FROM HOME, WHICH IS TAXABLE INCOME, OR THE EQUIVALENT VALUE OF NON-TAXABLE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION VOUCHERS, OR PARKING BENEFITS.
PART I, LINE 7
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS APPROVED A PERFORMANCE BASED INCENTIVE BONUS PLAN FOR ALL FULL-TIME STAFF OF THE ASSOCIATION. THE TRIGGER FOR PAYOUT OF ANY BONUSES IS TIED TO ACHIEVING A SPECIFIC LEVEL OF CHANGE IN NET ASSETS (ESTABLISHED BY THE BOARD ANNUALLY, BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF THE PLAN YEAR), AND BELOW THAT LEVEL NO BONUSES ARE PAID OUT. SPECIFIC DETERMINATION OF AMOUNT TO BE PAID TO AN INDIVIDUAL IS THEN BASED ON THE LEVELS OF PERFORMANCE AGAINST INDIVIDUAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL GOALS/MEASURES. THE PAYOUT IS DEFERRED TO MAY OF THE FOLLOWING YEAR(S) TO ENSURE VERIFICATION THAT THE TRIGGER HAS BEEN MET BASED ON AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF THE PLAN YEAR. ALL FULL-TIME STAFF WHO JOIN THE ORGANIZATION PRIOR TO JULY 1 OF A GIVEN PLAN YEAR ARE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PLAN HOWEVER, THEY MUST ALSO STILL BE EMPLOYED WITH THE ORGANIZATION ON THE DATE OF PAYOUT OR FORFEIT ANY POTENTIAL BONUS.

Part I's answers as filed. A line not listed was left unanswered; on lines 1a and 3 that means the box was not checked.
