Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. A Schedule J breakdown is as filed: base pay, bonus, other, deferred compensation and nontaxable benefits from this organization, with any from related organizations beside each, and the filer's own total. It is shown with the Part VII listing of the same name on the same return. The form gives no key between the two, so that pairing is ours, and is marked matched by us.

The filer's explanations (Part III)

Schedule J, Part I, Line 3 Arrangement used to establish the top management official's compensation
THE RELATED ORGANIZATION, UNIVERSITY OF NEBRASKA, REVIEWS AND APPROVES COMPENSATION.
Schedule J, Part I, Line 5a Compensation contingent on revenues of the organization
NUTECH VENTURES PROVIDES A BONUS FOR CHERYL HORST AND JEEWAN JYOT BASED ON TEAM AND INDIVIDUAL METRICS. THE TEAM METRICS ARE QUANTITATIVE AND QUALITATIVE ACCOMPLISHMENTS FOR THE YEAR INCLUDING NUMBER OF LICENSES AND OPTIONS, NEW INVENTION DISCLOSURES, NEW GROSS REVENUE, CAMPUS OUTREACH INTERACTIONS, ENTREPRENEURSHIP, MARKETING CAMPAIGNS, SPECIAL PROJECTS, AND PROCESSING NEW INVENTIONS. THE INDIVIDUAL METRICS ARE MORE QUALITATIVE BASED ACCOMPLISHMENTS FOR THE YEAR INCLUDING LEGAL LICENSE REVIEW, PATENT PROSECUTION, MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP, PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT, AND STATEMENT OF WORK DEVELOPMENT. THE METRIC CONTINGENT UPON REVENUE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS A RELATIVELY SMALL PORTION AND TEAM BASED. THE OVERALL DECISION PROCESS HAS SEVERAL OTHER METRICS OBSERVED, AS STATED ABOVE.
Schedule J, Part I, Line 6a Compensation contingent on net earnings of the organization
NUtech Ventures provides a bonus for Brad Roth based on team and individual metrics. The team metrics are quantitative accomplishments for the year including number of startups companies supported, number of partnerships, and number of industry research expenditures. The individual metrics are quantitative and qualitative accomplishments for the year including that operations come in at or under the board approved budget, inventors served, and number of new invention disclosures. The metric contingent upon net earnings is a relatively small portion and individual based. Individual metrics combined account for approximately 25% of the overall decision for a bonus.

Part I's answers as filed. A line not listed was left unanswered; on lines 1a and 3 that means the box was not checked.
