FOR ALL OTHER BOARD MEMBERS AND SENIOR STAFF ATTENDING THE MEETING, ONE SPOUSAL AIRFARE IS COVERED BY THE ORGANIZATION PER YEAR. SPOUSAL TRAVEL IS A TAXABLE BENEFIT INCLUDED IN COMPENSATION REPORTED IN PART II.
