Other organizations at this address

1 other organization in the IRS Business Master File lists the same street address. matched by us

This address is a suite or unit (STE 500). Organizations that share one are often clients of the same office-services firm, accountant or registered agent rather than related to each other.

We match the street line and ZIP code as the IRS gives them, ignoring case and outer spaces and nothing else, so "AVE" and "AVENUE" count as different streets and this list can miss some. A shared address can mean related organizations or a shared office, but it can also be a registered agent, a mail drop or a service provider holding mail for unrelated clients. It is not, by itself, evidence that two organizations are connected.

Mission and programs · 2025

Mission

Pangea's mission is to provide deportation defense services, advocate for policy change, and provide education and legal empowerment for our immigrant communities.

  • Direct Legal Representation: In 2025, Pangea has proudly represented 380 people in complex immigration matters. This includes asylum, family petitions, permanent residency, cancellation of removal and immigrant visas. Weve also offered more than 100 free legal consultations consisting of individualized legal advice, Know Your Rights orientations, and referrals. ANAR Launched a multilingual monthly community education webinar series with over 1,500 unique attendees. Held 4 workshops with volunteer attorneys providing free assistance to asylum, adjustment of status, and work authorization applicants. Organized community outreach efforts across California.

    Expenses $1,845,788 · Revenue $87,094

  • Education and Legal Empowerment: In 2025, Pangea worked to resource and protect communities. Pangea continues to provide free consultations, monthly asylum Know Your Rights workshops, Healing Justice workshops, and Pro bono clinics. Pangea also successfully launched our hybrid Employment Authorization Document (EAD) clinic for asylum seekers. With the assistance of pro bono attorney attorney teams from Morrison Foerster (MoFo), we successfully prepared 60 EAD applications for Bay Area residents. In 2025, Pangea continues to hold a central role in Rapid Response Coverage around the Bay Area. We provide coverage across San Francisco, San Mateo, and Santa Clara counties. This year, Pangea also stepped further into a leadership role regionally. We have helped coordinate the expansion of rapid response networks around the Bay Area, from recruiting and training new partner organizations to join the ranks of emergency legal responders, to training community members to serve community responder volunteers and dispatches, to convening strategy conversations within and across our networks. In partnership with Mission Action, Pangea helps ALEP workshop participants, who do not have attorneys, gather evidence and prepare for their immigration court hearings. In 2025, 2 families who attended the ALEP workshops won their asylum cases. From January through March 2025, FREE SF hosted an in-person fellowship for eight SF immigrant community members as part of our Sanctuary Voices program The fellowship built participants advocacy skills and supported them with resources to change narratives about public safety issues in San Francisco. In March 2025, FREE SF and San Francisco Immigrant Legal & Education Network (SFILEN) partnered together to give an educational workshop on San Franciscos sanctuary policy as part of the solution to public safety, and a know-your-right presentation to San Francisco Supervisors staff and other city hall staff. The majority of attendees were new staff who wanted to share resources to their constituents. We used this as an opportunity to educate new staff on the criminalization of immigrant communities.

    Expenses $266,910 · Grants $14,760 · Revenue $6,233

  • Policy Advocacy: In May 2025, FREE SF resourced Indivisible SF to create their call to action urging District Attorney Jenkins to end her collusion with federal agencies that have fast-tracked immigrants into ICE detention and deportation. This was the first time that Indivisible SF meaningfully engaged with this campaign. FREE SF met frequently with Indivisible SF, ultimately inviting them to join FREE SF as a partner in our work to disentangle law enforcement from ICE and other federal agencies targeting immigrant communities.

The first 25 listed. Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. Earlier years are each on their own filing page.

Nonprofiteer parses Forms 990, 990-EZ and 990-PF, in a window of recent tax years. These returns are recorded from the IRS e-file index, so their figures were extracted by that index rather than read from the return here — treat them as a different source from the filings above, not as more of the same record. A dash means the index carries no figure; Form 990-T listings carry none at all.

Auto-Revocation List

Not listed. The IRS publishes this list for organizations whose exemption was automatically revoked for failing to file for three consecutive years.

Publication 78

Listed as of 13 October 2026, under deductibility PC.

These are two separate IRS files on two separate schedules, shown as published and not reconciled with each other. Neither is a statement about whether a contribution is deductible today: 19,245 organizations appear in Publication 78 while the IRS's own revocation file lists them as currently revoked, more than half of those revoked before 2019. Absence from Publication 78 is evidence of nothing, and presence is not evidence either. Verify current status with the IRS before relying on it.

What this page reflects

The registration facts above come from the IRS Business Master File published 13 October 2026 and read 1 November 2026, for every organization at once. Returns through tax year 2025, the newest we have parsed for this organization.
