Mission and programs · 2024

Mission

We strive to educate consumers about their food and connect them with the people who grow and raise it. We are also proud to support Oklahomans in need, with a focus on using agriculture and our states bounty to provide hope for our fellow citizens.

  • Weather & Fire Relief donations: Provide Grants to Fire Departments and other Agencies to assist in relieving the stress of detrimental weather and/or fire outbreaks.

    Expenses $107,046 · Grants $107,046

  • County Level Eduation Events Allowing local sponsors to invest in foundation programs specifically in their county. 4-H and FFA Students participate in county specific programs. This brings the Adult and Youth education components together by location to help translate knowledge and best practices across generational boundaries.

    Expenses $47,176 · Grants $45,306

  • To promote Agriculture through adult education programs 1. Commnity Harvest: Made strategic donations throughout the state to promote and provide programs that feed the communities such as: classes on food preparation, blessing boxes, and other forms of food security. 2. Pork for Packs Program: Donation of over 400 hogs to area food banks for processing into prok sticks. Additionally, grants were made to regional food banks to decrease food insecurity in our state. 3. Restore OKC: Support of Restore OKCs new chicken and goat project. 4. Sponsored the Farmers Market Conference to reach producers that are not traditional agriculture but that do have more face to face time with the consumer. Through this outreach, we provided grants to local producers to promote agriculture through recipe cards, produce bags, geocaching, and other promotional items. 5. Sponsorship of the Women in Ag and Small Business Conference to help educate and assist Women in Ag

    Expenses $36,200 · Grants $36,200

  • To promote Agriculture through youth education programs. 1. The OKFB Foundation for Agriculture awarded mini-grants to public schools throughout the state to help promote programs such as: school gardens, grow towers, and chicken coops in the classroom setting. 2. The OKFB Foundation for Ag created a watermelon contest where OKFB distributed seeds to elementary schools that were then grown at the students homes to promote growing their own food source. 3. Donated Books for the Bushel for Books Program in which a Bushel of books is donated to teachers on an application/grant basis. 12 baskets were filled with accurate agriculture books and awarded. Each basket is valued at roughly $250.

    Expenses $4,844 · Grants $1,259

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. A Schedule J breakdown is as filed: base pay, bonus, other, deferred compensation and nontaxable benefits from this organization, with any from related organizations beside each, and the filer's own total. It is shown with the Part VII listing of the same name on the same return. The form gives no key between the two, so that pairing is ours, and is marked matched by us. Earlier years are each on their own filing page.

Nonprofiteer parses Forms 990, 990-EZ and 990-PF, in a window of recent tax years. These returns are recorded from the IRS e-file index, so their figures were extracted by that index rather than read from the return here — treat them as a different source from the filings above, not as more of the same record. A dash means the index carries no figure; Form 990-T listings carry none at all.

Auto-Revocation List

Not listed. The IRS publishes this list for organizations whose exemption was automatically revoked for failing to file for three consecutive years.

Publication 78

Listed as of 13 October 2026, under deductibility PC.

These are two separate IRS files on two separate schedules, shown as published and not reconciled with each other. Neither is a statement about whether a contribution is deductible today: 19,245 organizations appear in Publication 78 while the IRS's own revocation file lists them as currently revoked, more than half of those revoked before 2019. Absence from Publication 78 is evidence of nothing, and presence is not evidence either. Verify current status with the IRS before relying on it.
