Bon Secours Ambulatory Services St. Francis, LLC (BSASSF) is an operating subsidiary of its sole member, Bon Secours Urgent Care SC LLC, which is a single member limited liability company (SMLLC) of BSMH Services, LLC. BSMH Services, LLC is a SMLLC of Bon Secours Mercy Health, Inc. (BSMH). BSMH is a Maryland nonprofit corporation whose purpose is to extend the healing ministry of Jesus by improving the health and well-being of its communities and bring good help to those in need, especially people who are poor, dying and underserved.
