Mission

TO SUPPORT, EDUCATE AND EMPOWER SOUTH FLORIDA'S LESBIAN, GAY, BISEXUAL, TRANSGENDER AND QUESTIONING (LGBTQ) YOUTH AND COMMUNITY IN SAFE AND DIVERSE SPACES TO PROMOTE DIALOGUE, WELLNESS, AND TO FOSTER SOCIAL CHANGE.

  • IN FISCAL YEAR 2024, PRIDELINES ACHIEVED SIGNIFICANT PROGRAMMATIC, RESOURCE, AND CAPACITY EXPANSION ACROSS ALL AREAS OF THE AGENCY. THIS GROWTH PROMPTED THE ESTABLISHMENT OF NEW CORE DEPARTMENTAL UNITS-- PRIDELINESHEALTH, PRIDELINESYOUTH, PRIDELINESHOUSING, PRIDELINESCOMMUNITY, AND PRIDELINESNETWORK--TO STRENGTHEN OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY AND SERVICE DELIVERY. THESE STRUCTURAL DEVELOPMENTS WERE DRIVEN BY MAJOR SUCCESSES IN FUNDRAISING AND DEVELOPMENT, INCLUDING THE AWARD OF MULTIPLE HIGH-IMPACT GRANTS AND CONTRACTS, AND EXPANDED ENGAGEMENT WITH BOTH LONG-STANDING AND NEWLY ACQUIRED DONOR BASES.TO FURTHER ENHANCE FUNDRAISING OUTCOMES, PRIDELINES STRATEGICALLY INVESTED IN SPECIAL EVENTS AND PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGNS THAT ELEVATED COMMUNITY VISIBILITY AND DONOR PARTICIPATION. THESE INCLUDED THE JOY RIDE, THE COLORS OF THE RAINBOW JUNE PRIDE MONTH FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGN, THE ANNUAL GALA & MASQUERADE BALL: QUEERFERNO 2024, GIVE MIAMI DAY, AND OTHER DEDICATED FUNDRAISING INITIATIVES SUPPORTING THE ACQUISITION AND OUTFITTING OF NEW COMMUNITY CENTERS IN LIBERTY CITY AND SOUTH DADE (CUTLER BAY).A MILESTONE ACHIEVEMENT IN FY2024 WAS THE EXPANSION OF PRIDELINES' HIV AND STI HEALTH SERVICES INTO THE 340B PROGRAM SPACE, FULFILLING A LONG-STANDING GOAL OF ESTABLISHING A COMPLETE CONTINUUM OF CARE FOR INDIVIDUALS IN-NEED AND AT-RISK UNDER ONE ROOF. THIS ADVANCEMENT ENABLED THE AGENCY TO PROVIDE PREVENTION, TREATMENT, AND CARE SERVICES--INCLUDING PREP, NPEP, AND DOXYPEP ACCESS--WHILE MINIMIZING THE NEED FOR EXTERNAL REFERRAL AND LINKAGE FOR NEWLY DIAGNOSED CLIENTS OR THOSE SEEKING PREVENTION RESOURCES.THE REVITALIZATION OF YOUTH AND COMMUNITY PROGRAMMING ALSO MARKED A DEFINING ACCOMPLISHMENT OF FY2024. THROUGH A STRATEGIC REDESIGN INFORMED BY POST-PANDEMIC SOCIAL, CULTURAL, ECONOMIC, AND DIGITAL REALITIES, PRIDELINES REINTRODUCED PROGRAMS THAT MET EVOLVING COMMUNITY NEEDS AND ACHIEVED STRONG PARTICIPATION ACROSS YOUTH COHORTS, WELLNESS DISCUSSION & SUPPORT GROUPS, LGBTQ+ ELDER PROGRAMMING, AND DESIGNATED COMMUNITY OUTREACH & ENGAGEMENT SPECIAL EVENTS. A RENEWED FOCUS ON PRIDELINES' DIGITAL OUTREACH AND SOCIAL MEDIA PRESENCE FURTHER STRENGTHENED COMMUNITY CONNECTION, AGENCY VISIBILITY, AND OVERALL ENGAGEMENT.ALTOGETHER, THESE COMBINED EFFORTS PRODUCED A MEASURABLE INCREASE IN PRIDELINES' OVERALL COMMUNITY IMPACT, DEEPENING THE AGENCY'S REACH AMONG LGBTQ+ AND ALLIED YOUTH AND ADULTS ACROSS SOUTH FLORIDA. Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. Earlier years are each on their own filing page.

Nonprofiteer parses Forms 990, 990-EZ and 990-PF, in a window of recent tax years. These returns are recorded from the IRS e-file index, so their figures were extracted by that index rather than read from the return here — treat them as a different source from the filings above, not as more of the same record. A dash means the index carries no figure; Form 990-T listings carry none at all.

Auto-Revocation List

Not listed. The IRS publishes this list for organizations whose exemption was automatically revoked for failing to file for three consecutive years.

Publication 78

Listed as of 13 October 2026, under deductibility PC.

These are two separate IRS files on two separate schedules, shown as published and not reconciled with each other. Neither is a statement about whether a contribution is deductible today: 19,245 organizations appear in Publication 78 while the IRS's own revocation file lists them as currently revoked, more than half of those revoked before 2019. Absence from Publication 78 is evidence of nothing, and presence is not evidence either. Verify current status with the IRS before relying on it.
