During 2025, Giwayen Mata successfully produced Kwanzaa Freshii RBG, a sold-out, self-produced, multi-generational community concert featuring over 70 artists ages 5 to 60+ performing in dance, drumming, music, and stagecraft. Through rehearsals, workshops, performances, and youth-centered cultural enrichment activities, Kwanzaa Freshii provided artistic training, leadership development, mentorship, and professional-level production experience rooted in African diasporic arts traditions at low or no cost to families. Audience feedback surveys reflected overwhelmingly positive community impact, with attendees describing the experience as culturally enriching, empowering, educational, healing, inspiring, and deeply meaningful. Survey responses also demonstrated strong intergenerational and regional engagement and highlighted the programs success in strengthening community connection, cultural pride, artistic expression, and appreciation for African diasporic arts and traditions.

Black Woman August: We Be The Movement was a multi-disciplinary cultural arts production and immersive community experience presented through two performances at Academy Theatre that honored the history of Black resistance, liberation, and Black womanhood through dance, drumming, music, spoken word, and visual storytelling rooted in African diasporic traditions. The production highlighted the contributions of Black women leaders, activists, educators, and cultural bearers while creating opportunities for collaborative cultural expression and preservation through the performing arts. The program served an intergenerational audience with a combined seating capacity of 272 attendees, and survey responses from 45 attendees reflected strong community impact and overwhelmingly positive experiences. Audience members ranged in age from 2677, with the largest age group being ages 4655; the majority identified as Black/African American/African Descent (89%) and female (80%). Attendees traveled from Georgia, Tennessee, Connecticut, and Washington, D.C., representing at least nine Georgia counties including Fulton, DeKalb, and Cobb. Survey feedback described the production as impactful, educational, healing, empowering, and culturally affirming, with outcomes including increased cultural awareness, strengthened community connection, expanded intergenerational engagement, and greater appreciation for African diasporic arts and Black womens contributions to liberation movements.

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. Earlier years are each on their own filing page.

Nonprofiteer parses Forms 990, 990-EZ and 990-PF, in a window of recent tax years. These returns are recorded from the IRS e-file index, so their figures were extracted by that index rather than read from the return here — treat them as a different source from the filings above, not as more of the same record. A dash means the index carries no figure; Form 990-T listings carry none at all.

Auto-Revocation List
Not listed. The IRS publishes this list for organizations whose exemption was automatically revoked for failing to file for three consecutive years.
Publication 78
Listed as of 13 October 2026, under deductibility PC.
These are two separate IRS files on two separate schedules, shown as published and not reconciled with each other. Neither is a statement about whether a contribution is deductible today: 19,245 organizations appear in Publication 78 while the IRS's own revocation file lists them as currently revoked, more than half of those revoked before 2019. Absence from Publication 78 is evidence of nothing, and presence is not evidence either. Verify current status with the IRS before relying on it.
