Other organizations at this address

2 other organizations in the IRS Business Master File list the same street address. matched by us

This address is a suite or unit (STE 1001). Organizations that share one are often clients of the same office-services firm, accountant or registered agent rather than related to each other.

We match the street line and ZIP code as the IRS gives them, ignoring case and outer spaces and nothing else, so "AVE" and "AVENUE" count as different streets and this list can miss some. A shared address can mean related organizations or a shared office, but it can also be a registered agent, a mail drop or a service provider holding mail for unrelated clients. It is not, by itself, evidence that two organizations are connected.

Mission

SEE SCHEDULE O

Activities or mission (Part I)

TO EXECUTE THE WAIKIKI TRANSPORTATION MANAGEMENT SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT PLAN.

  • CURB LOADING MANAGEMENT PLAN UPDATES, IMPLEMENTATION, AND MONITORING: THE CURB LOADING MANAGEMENT PLAN ADDRESSES CONCERNS ABOUT THE LEVEL OF COMPLIANCE EXHIBITED BY VEHICLES LOADING FREIGHT AND PASSENGERS WITHOUT THE PROPER PERMITS AND OFTEN IN VIOLATION OF REGULATORY CURB SIGNS AND OTHER PARTS OF THE CITY'S TRAFFIC CODE. THE PLAN, BASED UPON A DATA COLLECTION PROGRAM OF LOADING ZONES WITHIN THE HEART OF WAIKIKI, IS COMPOSED OF FIVE PARTS: 1) PREPARE FACT SHEET AND PRESENTATION, 2) CONDUCT COMMUNICATIONS PROGRAM, 3) ENFORCEMENT PROGRAM, 4) REGULATORY CHANGES AND MANAGEMENT, AND 5) CURB MANAGEMENT DEMONSTRATION. IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PLAN IN CONCERT WITH CONTINUAL MONITORING OF THE LOADING ZONES HAS COMMENCED. FIVE AREAS WITHIN WAIKIKI HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED AS "HOT SPOTS" WITH IMPLEMENTATION OF PROJECTS ON THE INITIAL PROJECT DEMONSTRATION SITE HAVING OCCURRED THIS FISCAL YEAR. WTMA CONTRACTED TO PROVIDE ALOHA AMBASSADORS TO INCLUDE TRANSPORTATION MANAGEMENT OF ALL VEHICLES ALONG CURB SPACE ASSOCIATED WITH THE PILOT PROJECT AREAS. THE PERSONNEL ENSURE THAT VEHICLE DRIVERS ARE AWARE OF THE TRAFFIC CODES AND REGULATORY SIGNS THAT APPLY TO CURB USE. THIS INCLUDES DISTRIBUTING FLYERS, RESERVING CURB SPACE BY DEPLOYING TRAFFIC CONES, RECORDING VEHICLE COMPLIANCE ON FORMS, MONITORING CURB SPACE OCCUPANCY AND AVAILABILITY ON A PHONE APP, AND OTHER CURB OCCUPANCY CONTROL RELATED FUNCTIONS.

    Expenses $391,404

  • CONDUCT COMMUNICATIONS PROGRAM: THE WTMA CONTINUES TO CONDUCT AN EXTENSIVE COMMUNICATIONS PROGRAM AS PART OF THE CURB LOADING MANAGEMENT. THE PROGRAM INCLUDES MEETINGS WITH CITY AND COUNTY DEPARTMENTS, THE HAWAII TRANSPORTATION ASSOCIATION, PRESENTATION TO THE WAIKIKI IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION BOARD AND ARTICLES IN THEIR NEWSLETTER, DEVELOPMENT AND DISTRIBUTION OF INFORMATIONAL MATERIALS, AND BRIEFINGS AND INTERACTION WITH THE WAIKIKI NEIGHBORHOOD BOARD, ADJACENT BUSINESSES AND PROPERTY OWNERS, AND CURB USERS.

    Expenses $42,197

  • CENTENNIAL PARK VEHICLE STAGING AREA: THE WTMA IDENTIFIED AN AREA ADJACENT TO CENTENNIAL PARK TO PROVIDE A STAGING AREA FOR COMMERCIAL PASSENGER VEHICLES. THE WTMA WORKED WITH THE ROTARY WHO FUNDED THE PARK DEVELOPMENT AND THE CITY (DPR) AND DTS TO DELINEATE A 12-FOOT BY 250-FOOT SPACE ON THE MANUKAI STREET SIDE OF THE PARK FOR A VEHICLE STAGING AREA. THIS STAGING AREA WILL ACCOMMODATE UP TO THREE 45-FOOT BUSES, KEEPING THEM FROM CIRCLING OR LOITERING IN OTHER AREAS. THIS PROPOSAL IS SUPPORTED BY THE WAIKK NEIGHBORHOOD BOARD AS IT PROVIDES AN AREA FOR LARGE BUSES TO DWELL RATHER THAN INCREASING TRAFFIC OR DISPLACING PARKING. WTMA IS WORKING WITH THE CITY, REQUIRING LEGAL ASSISTANCE, TO PROVIDE THE MEANS FOR THIS PROJECT TO MOVE FORWARD. WTMA WILL MANAGE THE MANUKAI STREET STAGING AREA.

    Expenses $58,769

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. Earlier years are each on their own filing page.

Grants made

No itemized grants to organizations. Schedule I is filed only by organizations that granted more than $5,000 to a recipient, so most filers have none.

Grants received

No itemized grant names this organization as a recipient. Only grants over $5,000 are itemized, and only by filers of the full Form 990.

Related organizations

From Schedule R Part II, where a filer lists the tax-exempt organizations it is related to by control. It does not record shared board members or money.

Auto-Revocation List

Not listed. The IRS publishes this list for organizations whose exemption was automatically revoked for failing to file for three consecutive years.

Publication 78

Listed as of 13 October 2026, under deductibility PC.

These are two separate IRS files on two separate schedules, shown as published and not reconciled with each other. Neither is a statement about whether a contribution is deductible today: 19,245 organizations appear in Publication 78 while the IRS's own revocation file lists them as currently revoked, more than half of those revoked before 2019. Absence from Publication 78 is evidence of nothing, and presence is not evidence either. Verify current status with the IRS before relying on it.
