Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. Earlier years are each on their own filing page.

Grants made

  • 2022 To purchase equipment for an adaptive fitness center to help individuals with spinal cord injuries, brain injuries or strokes find affordable solutions to their recovery.

  • 2023 To fund the purchase of the flagship home, which houses 4 youth and 2 house mentors, for the Creating Permanency in Transitional Housing project. This opportunity creates equity, avoids a costly and disruptive move and eliminates the necessity of finding another suitable house on the market.

  • 2023 The grant was used to fund The Bridge, a holistic housing assistance program for women who have transitioned out of sex work. The goal is to move these women closer to their long-term dreams and goals. Participants receive 50% of their rent sponsored for one year, along with being matched with wellness and career mentors, a monthly support/recovery group, four financial literacy classes and three career classes throughout the year. Funding allowed for the expansion and deepening of this program, including enrolling more women, providing more support for the mentors, and ultimately, giving women in our community the stability they need.

  • 2024 The grant was used to fund The SHIELD Safety Project at Coburn Place. SHIELD targets the ongoing threats a survivor of domestic violence faces after fleeing, especially if she becomes homeless. Even after moving into the Coburn Place secure, rent-free housing, the survivor's safety may remain fragile. The funded project provides a SHIELD that quickly provides the urgent safety concerns a survivor faces: Stalking prevention, Home and vehicle security, Individual needs Emergency relocation, Legal advocacy, and Defense training. The funding is increasing the safety of survivors and their families, while strengthening Coburn Place's existing services.

Auto-Revocation List

Not listed. The IRS publishes this list for organizations whose exemption was automatically revoked for failing to file for three consecutive years.

Publication 78

Listed as of 10 September 2026, under deductibility PC.

These are two separate IRS files on two separate schedules, shown as published and not reconciled with each other. Neither is a statement about whether a contribution is deductible today: 19,245 organizations appear in Publication 78 while the IRS's own revocation file lists them as currently revoked, more than half of those revoked before 2019. Absence from Publication 78 is evidence of nothing, and presence is not evidence either. Verify current status with the IRS before relying on it.
